Since I am still breastfeeding my youngest babe, snacking throughout the day is definitely my jam. With that, I try and make it a point to have healthy snacks in rotation. One of my go to quick snacks is a delicious yogurt and fruit parfait.
It literally takes 5 min and only 4 easy steps!
First: Place some berries in the bottom of each mason jar.
(These are the 8oz. mason jars I use)
Second: Add a scoop of yogurt in a mason jar. Then repeat layering. I use whatever berries/fruit I have on hand. Blueberries are my fave.
Next: Top with some granola.
(My favorite is this Caramel Apple Flavored Granola from Trader Joe’s. This flavor is seasonal, so I stock up when they have it in store)
Lastly: Add a drizzle of raw honey on top.
So easy right? The best thing is you can make a few of these parfaits to store in the refrigerator for a grab-n-go option. Just don’t add the granola and honey until right before you enjoy. This will prevent soggy granola. After all, the crunch is the best part!
